During this trainingcamp I will follow my own teaching/learning strategy, based on fundamental themes of the speedskating technique.
The focus is always on the individual, my most important and unique skill as a coach is, being able to adapt to the personal learning preference of every participant.
Using my extensive collection of trainingexercises, I’m always able to maximize trainingeffect for the individual skater.
Let me explain the program for the week:
* 5 days
* 10 sessions
* 5 on ice
* 5 off ice
Programm:
Monday:
warm-up, dryland training, imitations
Ice training: basic position, recovery leg on the straights
Tuesday:
warm-up, dryland training, cornerbelt
Ice training: setting up basic corner position (corner belt)
Wednesday:
warm-up, dryland training, imitations
Ice training: weight transfer, placement
Thursday:
warm-up, dryland training, running drills
Ice training: Cross over and placement (corner belt)
Friday:
warm-up, dryland training, Agility
Ice training: rhytm and speed
price is €299 per person for training and coaching excluding entrance fee to the ice track (
